Mommy & Me Yoga • Register • View Cart •

This Inclusive and welcoming program is for parents and caregivers of all types! Struggling to find time for yourself? Feeling too tired to work out? Come recharge, move your body, and maybe even sweat a little, all while your little one enjoys themselves too. All experience levels are welcome as are all ages. Bring a mat for yourself and a blanket for the pre-crawlers to lounge on. Enjoy a fun, rejuvenating practice that lets you connect with your little one while giving your body the care it deserves.

Only the caregiver/parent needs to register. Registration includes caregiver and their children. Yoga ends at 11 a.m. to allow extra time for play and socializing. Toys for the little ones provided!
