COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES
All commercial activity within a park requires a permit from the Director or designee. No person in a park shall sell or offer for sale any article, privilege, or service without a permit, or pursuant to a contract with the City. Activities considered commercial typically involve the exchange of goods, services, or fees and include but are not limited to food trucks, craft or merchandise vendors, 5k races, fitness or sports instructors, photography, video, or media production for profit, inflatable rentals, marketing campaigns or demonstrations, and community programming or events not affiliated with the City.
