Welcome to Active Functional Fitness, a dynamic and engaging class designed to challenge and invigorate senior adults seeking to enhance their mobility, strength, and overall fitness in a faster-paced setting. Functional movements combined with cardiovascular conditioning to improve endurance, agility and coordination. This class is ideal for those looking to elevate their fitness levels.

PLEASE NOTE: The May session will now be a 4-week session, May 1 to May 29 (No class on May 15). The price has been adjusted accordingly.
