Take Charge of Your Diabetes Presentation
- Take Charge is a one-hour class on diabetes designed to help Ohioans manage their own or that of a family member’s diabetes through nutrition education. Participants will learn about the signs of diabetes, possible complications, and ways to manage the condition, including simple steps to control portions and the importance of getting regular exercise, especially over the holidays.
