We hope you will join us at the Center for the GCCOA Presents programs. They fall on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 2 p.m. and are presented by a Council team member or community professional/volunteer.

The topic is “Try A Little Kindness” in honor of World Kindness Day. Space is limited. Free, members only. Registration is open.

With the Thanksgiving holiday a few days later and Christmas soon after, we will be talking about keeping ourselves in check in terms of both eating and moving during this busy and festive time. And yes, there will be a treat awaiting you! Space is limited and reservations must be made with Center staff by the previous week. Free, members only. Registration begins Tuesday, October 27 at 9 a.m.
