Whimsical Clay Trees Family Workshop

Please note: This class will be held on Saturday, December 7 NOT Sunday, December 8. The date was incorrect in the Fall In Touch.
Many of you asked for it, well it’s back! Learn how to create a whimsical clay Christmas tree with one basic coil shape! No clay experience? No problem! This is a fun, easy, and cute workshop everyone can do! Once the tree shape is made, it's time to add embellishments! Stars, angels, ornaments, presents, use your imagination! We will be glazing the trees the same day so they’ll be ready to display for holidays! Each registrant will receive 2lbs of clay which can be split for two smaller trees if a parent would like to make one as well, or create one large tree.
Trees will be ready approximately two weeks after the class. Registrants will be notified when they are available for pickup.

Budding Artists (8-10 Years)

Saturdays, November 9 - 23: This is the last Budding Artists class until 2025! We’re heading into one of the most wonderful times of the year and we’re starting it off with one of my favorite projects: Painting hot cocoa mugs! Students will have options from two mug designs they will paint with glaze (will be clear coated to ensure food safety) We will also learn how to draw and paint a wacky hot cocoa mug on canvas (with “marshmallows”) students will also be creating a large melted snowman ornament using a mixture of Styrofoam, felt, and other crafty elements to embellish their snowman with! Mugs will be fired and ready approximately two weeks after the last class: parents will be notified via email used to register for the class.
