Feel the pulsating rhythms of cardio drumming while you dance, tone, strengthen, improve flexibility and balance. Modifications for seated or standing routines will be provided to accommodate all fitness levels. No experience required.

Please note: The February-April session is now a 4-week session. It was already planned that we would not have class on March 14 or March 28. Recently, the class on February 28 has been cancelled. If you registered for the session before February 10, a 1-class refund has been issued. If you register February 10 or after, the fee has been adjusted.
