Evening Yoga - Evening Yoga Mondays Apr-May Learn the fundamental aspects of yoga including physical posture, breathing techniques, deep relaxation, visualization, and meditation. The practice of yoga reduces stress and tension, strengthens the lungs, increases energy levels, improves the immune system, lowers blood pressure, and increases flexibility and mobility. This class is designed for all levels of experience.Bring your own mat.Please note: *The Evening Yoga Thursday, February 27 class is cancelled. The March-April session dates will now be March 6 to April 3.*The Evening Yoga Mondays April/May session dates should be April 7 to May 12 (No Class April 28).
