Fee Schedule

Please select a "Sun,Sat" time slot for weekend requests. Weekend requests are "full day" requests and not three hour time blocks.

Permit revoked if payment in full and proof of insurance has not been received a minimum of 10 days prior to the event date.

Payment for prepped diamonds includes one lining and dragging prior to your reservation.

Lights fees are extra. Diamonds 1, 2, and 5 through 8 have lights and can be used until 11:00 P.M. There is an additional fee per hour for light usage. If lights are used after 11:00 PM, returning privileges may be forfeited.

A $195 per hour fee will be charged for excess trash that must be cleaned up by our parks staff. Trash bags must be changed when greater than half full and placed in the large dumpsters on site.

Refund requests made greater than 7 days before rental- refund to original payment method.
No cash refunds.
Refund requests made less than 7 days before the rental- non-refundable
All athletic facility refunds will be assessed a $15 administrative fee.

If your tournament is cancelled by City of Beavercreek prior to start of games, you may request a refund or a date transfer at no additional cost. If you begin your tournament, and play past 11:00 am, no refunds will be granted. You MUST call our office at 937-427-5514 and leave a voice mail if your game(s) cannot proceed before 11:00 am due to weather.
