Beavercreek Tree Sale Information 2026
Pickup instructions will be provided on your payment receipt.
Orders are due by Sept 5th. 2026 (items may sell out in advance of the deadline). Trees and shrubs (2' to 5' in height) will be delivered in three-gallon containers (Spicebush is one-gallon container and reflected in price) to the Beavercreek Parks, Recreation and Culture Office, 789 Orchard Ln, Beavercreek, for pickup on October 3, 2026 from 10AM – 12PM
Order should be completed online, by calling 937.427.5514 (paying with a card)
or stopping by our Administrative office during business hours (paying with cash, card, or check):

Terms and Conditions: No delivery, planting, or warranty is provided by the City of Beavercreek. Trees not picked up by October 3, 2026 from 12PM, will be considered a donation to the City and will be planted on City property.
