Weekly Camp Fees: - $189 (9:30am-3:30pm)
Resident Discount - $164
There will be no camp on 6/19 & 7/3, therefore these weeks are prorated.
 
Extended Hours –*offered only at Fairbrook Elementary Summer Day Camps*
7:30-9:30 am - $25
3:30-5:30pm - $25
The fee is per week, per kid.
 
Camp Payment Plan
Minimum $25 deposit required to reserve a spot for each camp registration.
Payment for camps and extended hours starting in June due May 15. Reminder emails will be sent in advance. Camp registrations for June with unpaid balances will be released May 16.

Camp Refund Policy
Camp refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee per camp cancellation. No refunds will be granted if the request is made less than 14 days before the start of camp.
Refund requests related to illness, injury, or other extraordinary circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.  
All refund requests must be made via a Refund Request Form, available here: Refund Request Form. Refund Request forms can also be requested by emailing Parks@beavercreekohio.gov or calling 937-427-5514.
 
Late Child Pick Up
Parents/caregivers that pick up their child after the scheduled pick up deadline (3:30 p.m. or 5:30 p.m.) will be charged $1/minute they are late up to $30/day (30 minutes). If we are unable to reach a parent or guardian after 30 minutes, authorities will be called. An invoice will be sent to the payer prior to the end of the camp week. New registration will not be accepted until this payment is made.
