Are you a coffee fan? Then join the owners of ContempoRoast to learn more about your favorite brew in this Coffee101 class. Some of the topics we'll cover include: the coffee plant, modern American coffee production; first-, second-, and third-wave coffee; home-brewing methods; the light roast/dark roast caffeine myth; storing and grinding coffee; and water (the other 98%). We'll also do a guided tasting as well as a Q&A session.
