MANAGING HEAT WITH WARM WEATHER
With the summer months heating up, Ben Ruggles, a physical therapist from Xcel Physical Therapy, will be sharing his knowledge on preventing heat intolerance when trying to stay active. Methods for staying cool, how to manage your outdoor activities, and even how to monitor heat sickness.
