Archery Clinics

This program is currently unavailable. Click here to view all of our current programs.

Beginner Program:
This clinic is appropriate for beginner archers (both children and adults) with little to no experience with archery. Certified archery instructors will teach participants safe archery procedures and basic equipment use. The clinic includes instruction through the basics of shooting a bow and arrow as well as time to practice.

Intermediate Program:
This clinic is appropriate for archers who have taken a beginner clinic with Beavercreek Parks, Recreation & Culture or have some other experience with archery in the past (scouts, 4H, school, Summer Camp, etc.). Basic safety rules and the basics of shooting a bow and arrow will be reviewed at a faster pace with more technical information. Intermediate archers will have more time for individual practice and target games.

Introduction to Competition Basics and Scoring:
For archers who have already taken the intermediate clinic, try out our newest clinic! Archers will participate in a mini-tournament and learn how to score their targets.

Age restrictions
Children ages 10 - 17 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older. If that adult wishes to participate (shoot a bow & arrow) they must also register. Adults who are not participating do not need to register but must be present with minors.

* Adjustments and discounts will be applied during checkout if applicable. *
