        This 5 week class is a combination strength & running class for women. The classes will alternate between two styles of class. One style will be focused on strength, toning, and balance. The other class will focus on agility, jogging, and interval run/walk circuits. This class is the perfect continuation for anyone who has completed the Women in Motion beginner group, but is not a requirement.
