Tai Chi Moving for Better Balance SC

Fitness class
Tai Chi is widely recognized for its health benefits.  Research has shown that people who complete the program are half as likely to fall and have less fear of falling.  This class is great for older adults who are interested in improving balance, flexibility, and strength. Participants practice and perform a set number of movements called "forms".

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat, rubber-soled shoes.

Senior Center Member:  $25 (discount applied at checkout)
Non-Senior Center Member:  Resident $50, Non-Resident $50
