Join us as we perform various exercises using dumbbells, exercise bands and more to fun music.  As a Certified Trainer, I will help you strengthen muscles, work on balance and stretching.  Class is designed to help all fitness levels.

Senior Center Member:  $25 (discount applied at checkout)

Senior Center Non-Member:  Resident $50, Non-Resident $50
