Kids Kick off to Fall Pottery Workshop
- Get started on the brrrr months in this cozy fall themed pottery workshop for kids! Pottery options include football helmets, mugs, and figurines to fit the fall spirit! Kids will have numerous glaze options to decorate their pieces (dinnerware will be food safe!).
- Children under 7 may attend with an adult.
- Projects will need to be fired and will be ready approximately three weeks after class. The Parks office will notify you via email when they are available for pick up at the Park’s office.

Little Snowman Hands Workshop
- Get a head start on those holiday keepsakes in this workshop where little hands can get a little messy and creative! We will be making adorable handprint snowman ornaments from kiln fire clay that can then be painted with glaze to look like little snowpeople: add noses, scarves, eyes, etc.!
- Each participant will receive 1.5lb of clay, enough for 2-3 ornaments depending on the size of the hand!
- A grown up must attend with child.
- Projects will need to be fired and will be ready approximately three weeks after class. The Parks office will notify you via email when they are available for pick up at the Park’s office.

Guided Cardinal Figurine Pottery Painting
- Spend a cozy morning painting a lovely little cardinal figurine. These cuties are around 5” wide and 3’ tall and are just waiting to be painted lovely shades of red (or whatever color you choose!), embellished with a painted scarf. Tips and guidance will be offered, wherever your imagination takes you is up to you and your paintbrush! Enjoy coffee and light refreshments as you paint.

Family Clay Gingerbread Luminary Workshop
- Create a darling gingerbread house using using 2lb of clay, basic slip and score techniques! Project will be demoed at the beginning of class and assistance will be provided! After constructing your gingerbread house and giving it windows, doors, etc., time to jazz it up with colorful glazes! Battery tea light included. No clay experience is required!
- Projects will need to be fired and will be ready approximately three weeks after class. The Parks office will notify you via email when they are available for pick up at the Park’s office.

Family Ornament Pottery Painting Workshop
- You asked for it, its back and with new (and a little funky!) designs! Each family registration includes four ornaments, need more? You’ll need to register additional participants! Painters will have access to a variety of glaze colors, some familiar, and some brand new!
- Projects will need to be fired and will be ready approximately two weeks after class. The Parks office will notify you via email when they are available for pick up at the Park’s office.

Family Cookie Plate Workshop
- It’s back for the holiday season! Kids will create an extra special cookie plate they can share with their family or give as a special gift! Cookie plates will be hand built using 2lbs of clay from a mold picked by the child/family. Participants will be shown basic clay techniques like slipping and scoring to build the plate, and glazes to decorate.
- Since plates will fired once, it is recommended not to use this as dinnerware but more for “display” (a cookie or two for Santa is perfectly fine!) as these should not be placed in the dishwasher.
- Plates will be fired and will be ready 2-3 weeks after the workshop. Participants will be notified by the Parks when projects are ready to be picked up at the Park's office.
