Summer Camp

Activities: Explore the outdoors, create crafts, play sports, and meet new friends.
Ages: Camp is for ages 6 - 12 (campers will be grouped depending on age/activity).
Schedule:




  • Camp Hours 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (structured activities)


  • Field Trips: Every Wednesday!


  • FREE Extended hours: 7:30 - 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 - 5:30 p.m.(No registration for extended hours needed.)




Location: Fairbrook Elementary School/Fox Run Park, 260 N. Fairfield Road
Camp Fees:
Early Bird Registration (before May 1)




  • Residents $115/week


  • Nonresidents $130/week




After May 1 Registration




  • Residents $125/week


  • Nonresidents $144/week




Sibling discount will be applied at check out.

Payment Plan option: Only available for registration of 3 weeks or more. The first two weeks must be paid in full; all remaining payments will be due two weeks prior to the start of each remaining camp week. A $25 non-refundable deposit per week per child will be collected upon registration to hold that spot; this deposit will be used towards the week's payment.
If you wish to utilize the payment plan, please continue with registration and select "Registration form" at end of process (rather than online payment). Call 937-427-5514 to complete registration and pay required deposits.*

Late Pick-up: Parents that pick up their child after 5:30 p.m. will be charged $1/minute per child they are late up to $30/day per child. If a parent does not show up prior to 6:00 p.m. authorities will be called. An invoice will be sent to the parent prior to the end of the camp week and new registration will not be accepted until this payment is made.

  • Week 3 - June 17: INTO THE WOODS (Caesar Creek State Park - Thursday)
  • Week 4 - June 24: SUPER CAMP! (Get Air Miamisburg)
  • Week 5 - July 1: SCIENCE SQUAD (COSI - Tuesday)
  • Week 6 - July 8: WET 'N WILD (Tippacanoe Family Aquatic Center)
  • Week 7- July 15: SUMMER SPECTACULAR (Miami Valley Camps Field Day @ Moraine Payne Recreation Center)
  • Week 8 - July 22: BEST OF THE BEST (Adventure Reef Aquatic Center- Kettering)
  • Week 9 - July 29: ALL SORTS OF SPORTS (Dayton Dragons Stadium - Tuesday. Plus, Join us Tuesday night for the Dragons game with your family!)
